Frivola

I was skeptical about finding a dress that suited me, but this store beat all expectations. Not only did I find the perfect dress, but also the kindness, helpfulness and professionalism of the people who work there, especially Mrs. Nadia who looked after me with care and attention. I am happy to have discovered this shop and to have purchased the perfect dress for a very special event. I will definitely be back!!!!!!!! ❤️

I had already come earlier to get a dress and a dark-haired girl had followed me who, despite my indecision, had been able to advise me very well. I went back yesterday to get another dress. I arrived at 7.30pm even knowing the shop closed at 8pm so I knew I could only try on one or two dresses, if only to get an idea. When I arrived the door was already locked. This time I was served by another very rude saleswoman who practically kicked me out saying that there were 20 minutes left and it would take more than an hour to find a dress. After walking away a few meters away I found Marilyne, a shop that had many more beautiful dresses and at lower prices and above all much kinder and always smiling sales assistants so from now on I will go there. To never again.

My experience was bad. The priority in this exercise in my case was only to sell without paying too much attention to the customer. They describe themselves as an atelier with a lot of attention and transparency, however my dress, displayed without a price tag, was sold to me at the "favorable" price of just under €200 and according to the label it bears, (seen at home), it's Made in China. I tried on the dress, which was several sizes too big and which I stupidly bought, in a cramped, dark corner of the shop. I was quite undecided, but I believed the seller when he said that with - just a few right tweaks - it would have been perfect. Well, the tailoring work necessary and subsequently learned (there is no seamstress in the "atelier") was demanding and long. The dress resulting from low quality of materials used, was presented, badly cut and worse sewn. It had to be almost completely "disassembled" and re-stitched, and only the sartorial skill made it wearable and acceptable. Conclusion: I wasted my money, it wasn't a dress that suited me, it wasn't worth the price I paid and I shouldn't have bought it. In fact, I should have returned it. I repeat: Very bad experience. Personally, I will avoid it in the future and expressly advise against this shop.
